Carmine was born about 1773 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Luisa Antolini, who he married in ABT 1794. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Angela Dea (c1795-?), Emidio Rocco Antonio (1811-1819), Domenico Antonio (1813-1819) and Filippo (1815-1816).
