Rosalbina was born about 1807 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Carmine Paolantonio and Angiola Silverio.

Her second husband was Luigi Martinelli, who she married in 5 OCT 1828 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their four known children were Berardina (1830-1831), Nunziato (1832-<1888), Berardina (1834-1836) and Giuseppe (c1837-?).

Her third husband was Domenico Martinelli, who she married in ABT 1835. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Giuseppe (1837-?).
