Carmine was born about 1761, the son of Pietro Palombizio and Francesca Presutti. The place is not known.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Leonarda DePamphilis. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Anna Maria (c1793-?).
His second wife was Carmina Antonia DiNino, who he married in 25 FEB 1818 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. They had no known children.
