Ezecchiele was born about 1802 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Carmine Palmieri and Angiola Rosa Fanti.

He died on 27 AUG 1848. The place is not known.

His wife was Concetta DiMuzio, who he married in ABT 1822. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Icirconia Generosa (1823-?), Aniceto (1825-1825), Generosa (1826-?), Domenicantonio Paolo (1827-?), Gentile Salvatore (1830-1850), Americo (1834-?) and Pietro Marco (1843-?).
