Antonio was born on 19 SEP 1841 in San Severo, the son of Agostino Palmieri and Mattia Penzato.
His wife was Lucia Chiaromonte, who he married on 21 OCT 1859 in Poggio Imperiale. Their three known children were Maria Costanza (1861-?), Giovanna (1863-?) and Maddalena (1865-?).
