Achille was born on 11 DEC 1861 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Vincenzo Olimpio and Concetta Spinetta.
His wife was Giuseppa Iacobucci, who he married on ABT 1890. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Antonio (c1898-c1985).
