Maria was born in 1780 in Montorio nei Frentani, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Domenico Clemente Carfagnini, who she married in 1820. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Nunzio Maria (1822-?), Antonio Maria (1823-?) and Maria Scholastica Rachele Benedetta (1827-?).
