Genvra was born about 1787 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, the daughter of Pietro Montagna but her mother is unknown.

Her husband was Constantius Cioccio, who she married in ABT 1812. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Cresenzo (1817-1896).
