Michael was born in 1760 in Colle Delle Croce, Sicily, the son of Clemente Moffa and Natale Evangelista.
He died on 9 APR 1835 in Riccia, Campobasso, Italy.
His wife was Crescenza Ciocca, who he married in ABT 1779. The place has not been found. Their eight known children were Crescenzo (1780-?), Domenico (1784-?), Francesco (1784-1869), Diego (1789-1869), Luca (1790-?), Carmina (1800-1812), Luigi (1805-1876) and Anna Felicia (1807-1812).
