He died in 1956 in Colorado.
His wife was Angela Apollonio, who he married in 8 FEB 1909 in Cerrito. Their five known children were Anthony Silver (c1915-1988), Jenny L. (c1915-), Mary (c1915-), William S. (c1915-) and Stella P. (1915-1988).
