His wife was Maria Aurelia DiProspero, who he married in 14 MAR 1812 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Their four known children were Maria Pulcheria Carmela (1814-1853), Gaetano Pasquale (1817-1817), Cesidia Maria Angiola (1818-1827) and Gaetano Maria (1821-1823).
