Giuseppe was born about 1821 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Costantino Lepore and Maria Teresa Bianchi.
His wife was Maria Nunzia Antolini, who he married in ABT 1845. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Pelino (c1854-?) and Cesidio (1862-1863).
