Annunziata was born about 1890 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, the daughter of Paolo Antonio Leone and Isabella Basilla Franzaglia.

She died about 1980. The place is not known.

Her husband was Giovanni Amatangelo, who she married in ABT 1915. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Anthony James (1921-2005), Leonard F. (1916-1989) and Ida (c1920-<2005).
