Lucia was born in 1838 in Fara San Martino, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Carmillo DiCecco, who she married in ABT 1860. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Filmenia (1864-?), Maria Concetta (1865-?), Girinao (1866-?), M. Lisse (1869-?) and Teresa (1874-?).
