Domenico was born in 1880 in Rocca Pia, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, the son of Stanislao Fronzaglia and Agnese Fronzaglia.

He died in 1964. The place is not known.^{[Note 2]}

His wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Gloria (c1903-?), Orlando (1906-1987), Anthony (1918-1981) and Stanley (1920-1995).
