Carmella was born about 1895 in Tocco Da Casauria, the daughter of Giuseppe Francazio and Maria Carmusci.
Her husband was Augustine Centofante, who she married in ABT 1916. The place has not been found. Their nine known children were Fannie (1917-1990), Marie (1918-), Viola (1919-1971), Jean (c1921-1987), Dolly (c1922-), August (c1924-1987), James (c1925-), Joseph (c1926-1944) and Anthony (c1928-<2002).
