Vincenzo was born about 1789 in Rocca di Mezzo, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Arcangelo Evangelista but his mother is unknown.
His wife was Nunzia Santa_ Zannetti, who he married in ABT 1812. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Agostino Pasquale (1819-?).
