Nicolandrea was born about 1746 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Giovanni DiVincenzo and Rosa Martinelli.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Maria Giuseppa Silverio, who he married in ABT 1775 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their three known children were Giovanni (c1776-<1818), Annarachele (c1783-1861) and Giuseppe (c1784-1831).

His second wife was Anna Maria Pagliari, who he married in ABT 1806. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Giambattista (c1808-1809), Maria (1810-1849) and Rosalba Carmela (1813-?).
