Spinalba was born about 1797 in Serramonacesca, the daughter of Giuseppe DiValerio and Irena Blasioli.

Her husband was Nicola Vincenzo Giangiacomo, who she married on 25 APR 1823 in Serramonacesca, Pescara, Italy. Their eight known children were Annantonia (1824-?), Mariantonia (c1825-1826), Mariantonia (1826-?), Anna Domenica (c1827-1828), Giovanni (1828-1831), Antonio (1830-1831), Antonio (1832-?) and Giuseppe (1834-?).
