Pelino was born on 9 DEC 1829 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Emidio DiSilvestri and Caterina Lucente.
His wife was Maria Leonilda Vallera, who he married on ABT 1845. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Raffaela (1858-?), Vincenza (1863-?) and Antonio (1865-?).
