Palma was born about 1794 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Venanzio DiNobile and Domenica Rossetti.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Francesco DiMuzio, who she married in ABT 1815. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Porzia (1819-1856).

Her second husband was Sabatino Nunziato D'Amico, who she married in 10 MAY 1823. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Lucia (1825-1828), Pasquale Celestino (1828-?), Celestino (1830-1831), Angelamaria (1832-1833) and Domenicantonio (1836-?).
