His wife was Anna Rosa deStephanis, who he married in ABT 1800. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Nicola (c1806-1811), Concezio (c1810-1832), Nicola Speranzo (1813-?), Avilia Antonia (1816-<1863), Maria Nicola (1820-?), Croce Andrea (1823-1823) and Carlo Giuseppe (1828-?).
