Annantonia was born about 1838 in Sant'Eusanio Forconese, the daughter of Pietro DiGiovanni and Bernardina DiGiovanni.
Her husband was Gesualdo Giannetti. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Anna Irena (c1864-1893) and Antonio Ferdinando Raffaele (1870-?).
