Anna was born about 1853 in Sant'Eusanio Forconese, the daughter of Teodoro DiGiovanni and Maria Marcotullio.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Giancaterino Liberati, who she married in ABT 1880. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Anna Maria (c1890-?).
Her second husband was Pietro Cipriani, who she married in 16 JUN 1892 in Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy. They had no known children.
