Anna was born about 1790 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Paolo Antonio DiCristofaro but her mother is unknown.
Her husband was Domenico Antonio Polce. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Panfilo Antonio (1811-1811), Maria Domenica Agata (1813-1813), Gaetano (1814-?) and Clemente Sabatino (1818-?).
