Maria was born about 1775 in Roccacasale, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Michele DiClemente and Domenica d'Eliseo.
Her husband was Venanzio Leombruni, who she married in ABT 1795. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Giulia (c1796-1813), Anna Maria (c1798-?) and Pasquale Antonio (1811-?).
