Gaetano was born on 30 DEC 1868 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Antonio DiClaudio and Giuseppa D'Ottarde.

He died on 4 APR 1932 in West Newton, Westmoreland, PA.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Francesca D'Alessandro, who he married on 9 FEB 1893 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their five known children were Giuseppe (1893-?), Giuseppa (1894-?), Maddelena (1897-1889), Vincenzo (1902-1975) and Antonio (1901-?).

His second wife was Maria Assunta unknown, who he married on ABT 1910. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Nicolantonio (1915-1989).
