Cesidio was born on 10 NOV 1833 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Gaetano diCioccio and Maria Angiola Fabrizi.

He had three marriages/partners. His first wife was Nunziata Palombizio, who he married in ABT 1855. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Liberato (1858-?).

His second wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Agata (c1865-?).

His third wife was Rosa Zavarella. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Nunziata (1865-?).
