Filippo was born on 8 APR 1854 in Fara San Martino, the son of Nicola Antonio Domenico DiCecco and Antonina Remigia Salvitti.
His wife was Antonina Remigia Salvitti. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their seven known children were Adolfo (c1884-?), Antonietta (c1884-?), Giovanni (c1884-?), Guglielmina (c1884-?), Madaline (c1884-?), Onofrio (c1884-?) and Saturnino (c1884-?).

I have been told that later Filippo Di Cecco changed the spelling of
his name officially to De Cecco as there are now streets in Fara San
Martino & Pescara named after him with the newer spelling of De
Cecco. Filippo is the founder of the DE CECCO pasta factory fouinded
in 1877 & still exporting world wide today.
