Domenico was born on 24 MAR 1867 in Gallo Matese, the son of Pietro Antonio DiCecco and Olimpia DiFalco.

His wife was Pasqua Teresa Palmerio, who he married in ABT 1890. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Vincenzo (1893-?), Pietro (1896-?), Olimpia Anna (>1897-?) and Maria Assunta (>1898-?).
