Carolina was born in 1855 in Fara San Martino, the daughter of Raffaelle DiCecco and Madalina Fecondo.

Her husband was Pasquale Tommaso Tavani, who she married in ABT 1882. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Antonio (1886-?).
