Anna was born about 1770 in Bussi, the daughter of Bonifacio diCaroli but her mother is unknown.

Her husband was Francesco Margiotta, who she married in ABT 1788. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Rocco Antonio (c1789-?), Gaetano (c1800-?) and Anna Francesca Gelsomina (1811-?).
