Angela was born about 1772 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of Venanzo DeStephanis and Francesca Carducci.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Venanzo DiNino, who she married in ABT 1797. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Pasqua Rosa (c1798-?), Rocco (c1800-?), Raffaele Vincenzo Antonio (1811-1812) and Maria Nicola (1814-c1819).
Her second husband was Crescenzo DiBenedetto, who she married in 10 MAY 1819 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. They had no known children.
