in Forbes Regional Health Center, Monroeville. She was born April
1905, in Turtle Creek, the daughter of the late Samuel and Antoni
Carfagna Denardo. She was a member of St. Colman Roman Catholic
Church, Turtle Creek. In addition to her parents, she was preced
in death by her husband, Dominick Ottavian in 1943. She is survi
by her son, Thomas Ottavian of Turtle Creek.
