Gelsomina was born about 1810 in Gessopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Pietro Sambuco. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Maria Giuseppa (c1844-1924) and Domenicangelo (c1840-?).
Her second husband was Begnino Falcocchio, who she married in ABT 1851. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Carmina Ilana (1853-1863).
