Ottorino was born in 1925 in Braulins Trasghis, the son of Giovanni Pietro DeCecco and Dominica Feregotto.
He died in 1993 in Colman.
His wife was Lucia DeCecco, who he married in ABT 1950. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
