Maria was born about 1810 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Domenico D'Amore but her mother is unknown.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Micchelangelo Paolantonio, who she married in 31 DEC 1823. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Anna Rosa (1829-1836).

Her second husband was Camillo Paolantonio, who she married in 29 OCT 1831. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Filippo (1833-?), Sante (c1835-1840), Maria Antonia (1837-?), Alesandro (1839-?), Con... (1841-?), Emanuela Domenica (1844-?) and Michalangiolo (1848-?).
