Maria was born about 1839 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of Pietro D'Alessandro and Eusebia D'Alessandro.

She had four marriages/partners. Her first husband was Vincenzo Silvino DelDuca, who she married in ABT 1861. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Rosa (c1862-?).

Her second husband was Sabatino D'Amico, who she married in ABT 1867 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their two known children were Maria (1868-1951) and Angiola (1871-?).

Her third husband was Domenicantonio D'Amico, who she married in 12 MAR 1878. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Filomena (1878-?).

Her fourth husband was Sabatino D'Amico, who she married in ABT 1880 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their two known children were Giuseppe Antonio (1881-1946) and Angiola (1896-?).
