Giuseppe was born about 1782 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Anabile D'Alessandro and Pasqua Mariolucci.
His wife was Francesca Colaiacovo, who he married in ABT 1805. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Nunzio Amabile (1813-?), Maria Serafina (1816-1817), Pasquale (1819-?) and Pasqua (1822-?).
