Vincenzo was born about 1797 in Collarmele, Aquila, Italy, the son of Simplicio D'Agostino and Giovanna DiStefano.
His wife was Rosalia Cipriani, who he married in 5 AUG 1831. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Desiderata Maria (1832-?), Teresa (c1835-1841), Pavola Serafina (1836-?) and Paola Roberto Nicola (1839-?).
