Felice was born about 1776 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maddalena DeStephanis, who he married in ABT 1799. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Giovanna (c1800-?), Pelino (c1805-?), Angela Teresa (1811-?), Rosalia Liberata (1815-1818), Panfilo (1819-1819) and Rosalia (1822-?).
