Rosa was born about 1779 in Collarmele, the daughter of Berardo Cipriani and Gertrude Sperone.

She died on 4 JUL 1859 in Collarmele.

Her husband was Giuseppe Ranalli, who she married in Collarmele. The date has not been found. Their six known children were Angelo Vincenzo (c1810-1864), Francesco Antonio (1813-1813), Antonio Giovanni B. (1814-?), Maria Gertrude (1817-?), Francesco Antonio D. (1820-?) and Anna Cesidia M. (1824-?).
