Stella was born about 1792, the daughter of Carlo Cipalla and Maria Casone. The place is not known.

She died on 5 AUG 1864 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy.

Her husband was Pasquale Tranchini, who she married in ABT 1819. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Domenicantonio (1820-1820), Palma Catarina (1822-1854), Innocenza (1825-1826) and Domenico (1830-1855).
