Luigi was born about 1870 in Riccia, Campobasso, Italy, the son of Pasquale Cima and Incorrata Panicella.
His wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their six known children were Augustine (1901-c1975), Charles J. (c1905-?), Anthony (c1910-?), Josephine (c1910-?), Nellie (c1910-?) and Mary (c1915-?).

Changed his surname to Jim
Buon Cappodanno !!!
I finally had an opportunity to talk with my Aunt Julia who was 93
yesterday. She is the last surviving member of Carmine Domenico
Cima's family.
Here is what I managed to learn from her: August Cima never came to
this country, and we don't know if he married or had any children.
Luigi Cima settled near Latrobe, PA and had either 5 or 6 children.
He used Jim as his surname, instead of Cima.
His children were as follows:
Augustine, who was born 8-19-01 in Whitney, PA. He became
a Benedictine Priest, ordained 06-12-32, celebrated his 25th
anniversary as a priest in 1957 I think that he died around 1975 at
St Bede Abbey in Peru, Illinois.
Charles, who was a local politician, and I think that he
was a PA state representative.
Nellie, who never married and still lives in Latrobe.
Josephine, who became a Nun, in CO Springs, CO.
Anthony, who moved to Los Angeles, CA
Mary, who was either a daughter or a niece. I can't be
sure. She married a Panigal, and they had 5 children, namely Gracie,
Millie, Margie, Joe and Mary.
