His wife was Caterina Giannetti, who he married in 2 AUG 1883 in Villa Sant'Angelo, L'Aquila, Italy. Their nine known children were Giuseppina (c1884-?), Elisabetta (1887-1889), Sabatino (1889-?), Antonina (1891-1896), Angelo (1895-?), Luigi (1898-?), Giovanni (1900-?), Antonio (1903-?) and Pasqualina (1905-?).
