Domenico was born about 1786 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of Luciano Cianfaglione and Lucia Santacroce.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Anna Rosa Presutti, who he married in ABT 1805. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Maria Luisa (c1807-1811), Raffaele (c1808-1811), Lucia (c1809-1811), Luigi Luciano (1812-?), Luciano (1814-1815), Angela Raffaele (1816-?) and Luciano Pasquale (1817-?).
His second wife was Berardina dell'Orso, who he married on 2 SEP 1820 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Their four known children were Anna Rosa (1821-?), Pasquale (1823-?), Vincenzo (c1825-1826) and Maria Maddalena (1827-?).
