Venanzio was born about 1754 in Ripa, the son of Domenico Celi but his mother is unknown.
He died on 2 AUG 1787 in Ripa.
His wife was Angelamaria D'Ercole. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Pietrangelo (c1775-1832), Isidoro (1780-1850), Geltrude (c1782-1820) and Camillo (c1788-1810).
