Piacenta was born about 1854 in Casentino, the daughter of Bonanno Cecchini and Elisabetta Giuliani.
Her husband was Amedeo Strozza, who she married in ABT 1880. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Pietro (1892-?), Eufrasia (1893-?), Anna (1896-?), Adelina (1900-1900) and Adelina (1901-?).
