Nicolo was born about 1831 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of Domenico Laudadio Cavicchia and Concetta D'Alessandro.

He died before 1888. The place is not known.

His wife was Maria Domenica Cavicchia, who he married in 26 AUG 1858. The place has not been found. Their eight known children were Carlo Leon (1860-1861), Gabriele Giuseppe (1862-1863), Filomena (1864-?), Domenico Carlo (1867-?), Concetta (1870-?), Carlo Marino (1873-?), Antonio (1875-?) and Giuseppe (1879-?).
