Maria was born about 1780 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Nicola DiBacco. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Maria Domenica (c1800-?), Luigi (c1810-?), Domenico Antonio (1813-?), Pasquale (1816-1817) and Angela Rosa (1820-1821).
